Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global innovation trends and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and national labs (NASA Ames, CERN)
- Drive adoption of emerging standards for Web4.0 infrastructure and quantum-safe communication protocols
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members securing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Mentor a cohort of 15+ engineers and researchers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership experience
- Proven track record in deploying at least three paradigm-shifting technologies (e.g., quantum computing, AGI frameworks, blockchain 3.0)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning) with published tech trend analysis in Nature/IEEE journals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF) and managing multi-million dollar R&D portfolios
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neural interface development standards
- Professional certification in Quantum Strategy (Qiskit Certification) or Futurism (World Future Society)
