Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and market shifts.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in emerging technologies including AI, Edge Computing, and next-gen IoT ecosystems.
- Innovation Incubation: Establish and manage an internal 'Future Lab' to prototype and validate disruptive concepts before market release.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical futures into clear, compelling business value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends to identify gaps, threats, and opportunities in the competitive landscape.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-potential engineers and product managers to foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a strategic leadership role within the Technology, Innovation, or Product Strategy sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully pivoting organizational strategy to meet future demands.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech stacks and the ability to grasp the potential and limitations of nascent technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, ranging from technical engineers to non-technical investors.
