Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead strategic technology partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Develop ROI models for experimental technologies and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5+ technology analysts and innovation specialists
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Oversee the development of proprietary technology frameworks and intellectual property portfolios
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
