As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate disruptions, identify market opportunities, and architect roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration. You'll present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders, driving decisions that position Nexus as an industry pioneer.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and investors
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-shaping technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting tech landscapes
- Present future forecasts at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Published thought leadership in tech or futurism publications
