- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business frameworks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Executive experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
