Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architectural vision for large-scale, distributed systems.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and developers in the design and implementation of high-availability platforms.
- Conduct technical deep-dives and code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural bottlenecks early in the development cycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI integration and cloud-native technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical migrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
