Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record launching scalable AI/quantum initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
