Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and advise on regulatory compliance
- Drive R&D investment allocation across emerging verticals
- Mentor technical talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML deployments at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST framework implementation
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certified in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture methodology
