- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Advise C-suite on regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (neurotech, autonomous systems)
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
- Manage global innovation hubs in Berlin, Singapore, and São Paulo
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with $1B+ portfolio impact
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Science)
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proficiency in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese preferred
