Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) with commercialization potential
- Architect R&D frameworks for sustainable tech solutions targeting 2026 deployment
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts from IEEE, WEF, or Gartner
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Exceptional data modeling for technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or similar
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
