Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic governance
- Partner with policy experts to shape future tech legislation and standards
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused innovation methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year tech strategy roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation projects
