- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and Board of Directors quarterly
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Oversee $50M+ innovation budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching 3+ industry-disrupting technologies
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging tech applications
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical tech implementation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global partnerships
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Google)
- Portfolio of 5+ patents in machine learning or sustainable tech
