Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing principles, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2023)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE 7000) or Quantum Computing Architecture
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight journals
