- Champion innovation through cross-functional workshops and technology proof-of-concepts
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions with 3-5 year development horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year digital transformation programs
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP, CFT) preferred
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
