Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology strategy aligning with market evolution and organizational growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, metaverse, climate tech) to identify competitive advantages and investment opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage vendor partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor internal teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
