Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Architect strategic frameworks for technology adoption and integration across enterprise systems
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs and analytics models to measure technology ROI and future readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology forecasting, innovation management, or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and presentation capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Track record of developing successful technology commercialization strategies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIPD) preferred
