Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage and investment opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
