Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot next-generation solutions
- Present technology strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech landscape and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize disparate data into actionable insights
