Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee innovation incubation programs for disruptive 2026-era solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for next-gen tech sectors
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks and sustainable practices in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced startup or corporate environments
