Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout acquisition targets
- Design scalable architectures for autonomous systems
- Lead ethics committees for responsible innovation
- Produce annual 'State of 2026 Tech' industry report
- Mentor a 15-person R&D division
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Security clearance preferred (US citizenship required)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
