Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks to evaluate and integrate disruptive technologies into existing ecosystems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with market trends
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and technology research communities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic innovation management (e.g., CDMP, CSTM)
