Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on innovation priorities
- Develop competitive analysis frameworks and technology disruption assessments
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology use cases
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments impacting 2026 technology landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, spatial computing, or biotech convergence
- Track record of translating technology trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., Foresight Practitioner, CTO Academy)
- Experience building partnerships with academic research institutions and tech incubators
