Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ technology initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, etc.)
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
