Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for technology adoption and innovation portfolios
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
