Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Build relationships with academic and industry research partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of future technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (preferred)
