Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop commercialization frameworks for lab-to-market transition of breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with ROI projections
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and NASA on forward-looking research initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology development principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit)
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or similar tech innovation bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
