Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align on future innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging technological disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term technology initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with C-suite presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) a plus
