Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and their industry applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for collaborative R&D
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation journals
