Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop patent-forward innovation frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D funding for future-focused initiatives
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
