Responsibilities

- Partner with VPs of Engineering and Product to align emerging tech with business KPIs
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and automation
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish industry-defining white papers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in launching quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Certified in Technology Futures Planning (TFP) or equivalent
