Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or CTO roles
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing fundamentals, and Web3 architecture
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Strong background in ESG-compliant tech design and circular economy principles
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps transformation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
