Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through strategic vendor partnerships and R&D initiatives
- Present future-facing strategies to stakeholders and investors with compelling data visualization
- Mentor teams in forward-thinking methodologies and agile innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
