Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision alignment
- Lead quantum computing integration initiatives across enterprise systems
- Architect AI governance frameworks for ethical deployment at scale
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for emerging tech prototyping
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on next-gen material science research
- Present strategic briefings to board of directors and investors
- Mentor 5-person innovation lab team in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (ACM/IEEE)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives to $1B+ revenue impact
- Deep familiarity with ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Portfolio of deployed future-tech solutions (2018-2023)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
