Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and launch disruptive products/services
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology vision and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech) with proven commercialization experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
