Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market disruption opportunities by 2026
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with global business objectives
- Secure patents and publish white papers on frontier technologies
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied innovation labs
- Represent InnovateCorp at Davos and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching category-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Executive-level experience with $50M+ P&L responsibility
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Strategic consulting background at McKinsey/Bain or Big Tech
