Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Champion innovation initiatives across departments and drive adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformative projects
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen technology implementation and adoption
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and measure success of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and securing executive buy-in
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CSM)
