- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum supremacy, synthetic biology, space tech) for market integration opportunities
- Architect ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Partner with UN Technology Innovation Labs to establish global standards for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio for future-focused pilot programs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven forecasting models
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar on quantum/AI ethics (2020-2023)
- Proven experience scaling tech teams for exponential growth (500+ employees)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFSF) or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and climate-positive tech design
