Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and tech accelerators
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging talent in futurism methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Experience developing technology policy frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
