Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Develop patentable IP portfolios for proprietary future-tech innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pilot programs
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- MS/MSc in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching commercialized future-tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
