- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in emerging technology domains

- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubators
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Experience scaling AI/ML systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, and neural interfaces
