Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation technology solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling tech visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation through R&D investments and M&D activities
- Monitor emerging regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in developing future-forward technology roadmaps (2020-2025+)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong leadership in cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture partnerships
