Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and regulatory landscapes

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
