Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation cycles
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biointegration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee ethics and sustainability frameworks for future technology deployments
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certified Technology Strategist (CTS) or similar advanced credential
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technologies
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
