- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee $50M+ annual tech innovation budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle experience)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
