Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, or neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
