Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces and autonomous systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technological concepts into investor-ready proposals
- Monitor global tech trends and anticipate paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Future Studies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ patents)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Technology Foresight
