Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technology opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Technology Planning (e.g., TOGAF, CSM)
