Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including investors, board members, and industry partners
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives
- Oversee technology ethics frameworks ensuring responsible innovation deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Track record of launching products/services with 7-figure revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, or industry publications)
- Experience scaling teams across multiple continents with agile methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF) or equivalent expertise
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred for global collaboration
