- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and scaling future-forward solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or Strategic Management Professional (SMP)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
