Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using quantum AI and blockchain integration
- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-hybrid systems)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and investor pitches
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least two commercialized emerging tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technology trends
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
